Melanie’s treasure house of healing has been built from her years of nourishing herself and others. Beginning her culinary achievements she launched “Biting Into Life” her successful catering business which birthed a book of the same title. Known for her mastery of cooking, she added Ethnic Cuisine Feasts to Naropa University’s roster of outstanding events. She was a pioneer in the Natural Food Industry feeding thousands with nutritionally balanced feasts. Then as a global teacher of proper food combining, the rich & famous wanted Melanie to command the galley of their mega yachts and historical tall ships which she did for 4 years.

Adding sports training to her curriculum vitae’ she personally completed over 100 Ultra- Marathons in a 3 year period. Finishing each run without injuries, her mental discipline is passed to her clients to assist in attaining their goals. Always reaching out to help others, she coached many elite athletes for the Olympic trials and other races. Being sought out by Medal winners for her unique talents and enthusiasm, her students excelled in their sport.

Care giving during her partner’s bout with Cancer inspired Melanie to want to professionally facilitate the health and healing of others. Seeking out & studying with the best masters in each field, Melanie is uniquely qualified to bring you and your healing the short cuts, of her experience.

Melanie’s integrity to hold and contain our ancient ancestor’s integrative wisdom gives her the guidance she uses today to help transfer her heart energy to the hearts of others.
